The Air Conditioner Tune-Up includes:
- Check Air Temperatures Entering and Leaving the System
- Check Electrical Connections and Contacts
- Inspect and Clean Drain Lines
- Inspect and clean Drain Pans
- Add Algae Tablets to Drain Pan as to reduce algae buildup.
- Inspect safety devices for proper operation
- Inspect disconnect box for proper rating and installation
- Test and inspect capacitor
- Check Refrigerant Pressures of Air Conditioning System
- Check and Lubricate Fans and Motors when present
- Check and Clean Evaporator Coil (if Accessible)
- Check Thermostat for Accuracy
- Check Voltage and Amperage
- Check Refrigerant Levels
- Check Heating System
- Check and Clean Condenser Coil
- Clean debris from around condenser coil
