Our 17-point Air Conditioner Tune-Up includes:

  1. Check Air Temperatures Entering and Leaving the System
  2. Check Electrical Connections and Contacts
  3. Inspect and Clean Drain Lines
  4. Inspect and clean Drain Pans
  5. Add Algae Tablets to Drain Pan as to reduce algae buildup.
  6. Inspect safety devices for proper operation
  7. Inspect disconnect box for proper rating and installation
  8. Test and inspect capacitor
  9. Check Refrigerant Pressures of Air Conditioning System
  10. Check and Lubricate Fans and Motors when present
  11. Check and Clean Evaporator Coil (if Accessible)
  12. Check Thermostat for Accuracy
  13. Check Voltage and Amperage
  14. Check Refrigerant Levels
  15. Check Heating System
  16. Check and Clean Condenser Coil
  17. Clean debris from around condenser coil
