Last week we installed this two speed American standard 4-ton machine on top of a condo, on the ocean, in south Palm Beach County.

Besides the beautiful ocean view from atop this condo, the photo below shows the first thing we noticed when arriving on the condo rooftop. This cluster of units were weathered to say the least. These units are rusting away – and during this next hurricane season — these units may be loosing some parts.
