Covid 19 has brought a myriad of problems for the South Florida HVAC industry, and subsequently, to its end users. With prices rising sharply over the last year (nearly 30% on equipment and 300% on small parts, metal, copper, refrigerant, etc.) along with long delays in availability (in some cases 25 weeks) the end user has no idea how hard it has been to operate in this environment, we have to work twice as hard to keep them cool.
At Advanced Cooling and heating inc., we always put our clients first, and will continue to do what we can (like stock parts and equipment) as to keep our response time to a minimum and keep our customers happy.
